Teachers from secondary schools across Benue State and students of Angus Fraser College gathered at the college’s assembly hall in Makurdi on May 2 and 3, 2025, for a two-day Leadership Excellence Course organised by the Board of Angus Fraser College.
The training, facilitated by the Leadership Institute Nigeria, focused on building leadership and professional competencies tailored to the education sector. Participants engaged in practical sessions on communication skills for schools, organisational culture and self-leadership, teaching and emotional intelligence, as well as time management and work efficiency.
The highly interactive programme was designed to strengthen educators' capacity while inspiring students to develop confidence and a sense of responsibility as emerging leaders within and beyond the classroom.
